The staff was helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a kitchenette setup that was perfect for our Christmas getaway. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast spread was divine.
There really wasn't anything to dislike about our experience. Everything was well done and was great for a city getaway during Christmas.

The cleanliness was really good, with a super clean room and plenty of towels and toiletries provided. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a fridge, microwave/oven, and separate kitchen tap and cabinets in the room. The location was perfect, with a U-bahn station just a few blocks away, providing easy access to transportation hubs and the business area. The best part was the generous breakfast, delicious and varied. The staff were cooperative, smiling, and made check-in and check-out easy.
